This information is correct only there is no GT but a 8600 GTS at 645/1800MHz. Apparently this card can clock to 1GHz on air with volt mods.

Well there is a GT as well as a GTS, but no Ultra. That post was over two months ago, since then we now know that the 8600 series will have 128bit memory instead of the suggested 256bit in the original article. These seem to be the real specs:

8600GTS - 675/2000MHz
8600GT - 600/1400MHz
8500GT - 600/800MHz
