I wish I had a concept good enough to sell to MS, or a domain important enough that MS would want to take it. I would hold on to it and make them fight for it: what would I have to lose? i get alot of publicity, a spot on TechTV's The Screen Savers, write a book, and make loads of cash . . . all for the simple fact that I used an MS domain name! Lets face facts, Bill Gates, and and Steve Ballmer have executed one of the greatest business plans / ideas in recent memory. Just because they are good at what they do does not mean what they do is wrong. I own the rights to certain marks. If I saw people using those marks, I too would pursue action to secure my rights to those marks.
