Changing itunes dock icon

Copy and paste should still work, if not you can right click iTunes - show package contents - browse to the resources folder and replace the main .icns file with a new icon.

Make a backup first though.

1. Quite iTunes

2. Drag the iTunes icon out of the dock

3. Navigate to the icon you want

4. Right-click on the icon of chioce and select 'Get Info' from the contexual menu

5. Click on the icon in the popup pain and hit command-c

6. Close the contexual window

7. Navigate to the iTunes.app

8. Right-click and select 'Get Info' from the contexual menu

9. Paste the new icon where the old icon appears in the popup window by hitting command-v

10. Close the contectual window

11. The new icon will now be overlaid on the iTunes.app icon

12. Drag the iTunes.app into the dock

13. Start iTunes

14. Marvel at your genius ;)
