Supposedly, the owner of DirecTV DSL (Telocity) got stiffed out of a merger so they're forced to cut the line on all existing DSL customers--myself included! mistical Posted December 14, 2002 Share Posted December 14, 2002 I'm one of them getting cut off too :( But, I don't care because I was going to cancel it anyways after January (year contract) because I pay $65 for 12kb/s up around and 80kb/s down around.... I'm looking at MegaPath Networks right now, if I can't get them I'm going to get Ameritech DSL. Not going back to ATTBI, a year ago this SAME thing happened to me (att went out of business, went with directv dsl, directv dsl goes out of business now...
