Only thing which works is IE7 64 bit, pinging from cmd dose also work fine, so there is something else weird happening here.

I've tried to reinstall opera and firefox without any luck. Tried to search google for some help but nothing useful so far..

Using Vista Ultimate x64.

So anyone know what this is? and is it fixable without having to reinstall vista/xp?

Edit: The same problem as this dude explains here: http://www.thevistaforums.com/lofiversion/....php/t5082.html

Edit2: Every 32bit program which tries to connect with the internet gets denied in some way, even xfire dosen't work, when i exit it i get the same error.

Edit3: The problem is solved. It seems that nod32 was the fault here, because i uninstalled nod32 and now everything is fine.

Hey, I've just found this on a forum and i hope it would work for you.

1) Go to the Control Panel, and then go into the Internet Options. For those of you that don't know, you can quickly get to the Internet Options by click on "Classic View" on the left or clicking on the Network and Internet link in near the middle of the window on the left side.

After you go into Internet Options, go to the Security TAB and un-check the box that says "Enable Protected Mode". After you disable the Enable Protected Mode, simply click APPLY and OK. After you close out and open up Internet Explorer again. You will find that everything works again. If a little yellow bar comes up under the address bar annoying you about Protected Mode being turned off, just click it and select the option that doesn't notify you about anymore.

2) This other option didn't work for me but it might work for some of you. You can also go into Internet Options in the same place as Step 1, but instead of the Security TAB, you go to the Advanced TAB and scroll down to where it has the options for phishing. Just disable the phishing option or address filtering protection thingy and then click APPLY and OK.

Good luck.

The problem is solved, but not with the fix above, it seems that nod32 was the fault here, because i uninstalled nod32 and now everything is fine.
