Daem0hn Posted January 17, 2003 Share Posted January 17, 2003 at the moment, due to a failure to find a burner which converts mp3 files to cda format before burning, such as many of the current media players in windows, win media player, musicmatch, etc. what application is there in linux mandrake 9 to do the conversions and burning in the one application? Daem0hn Posted January 19, 2003 Author Share Posted January 19, 2003 cool, thx man, i was just trying it all out, and you have 2 do the 3rd step first, and then continue from the first, or it returns an error because of the spaces in the filenames, anyway, im writing a shell script to do it all in one easy step, but one warning i have is that when you convert an mp3 to a wav, it increases its size by about 10x, (a 4.4mb mp3 -> 48.9mb wav) if there is an easier way, a less space consuming way, plz do tell!! otherwaise, cheers 4 the link Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
