KitKat
http://icliverpool.icnetwork.co.uk/0100new...ll&siteid=50061 MICROSOFT'S computer games division is considering buying the rights to at least one of the titles that had been under development by the defunct Rage Software. Microsoft is interested in acquiring the intellectual property rights to Rage's Lamborghini racing game from the Liverpool-based firm's receiver. The game is in an advanced stage of development and had been due to go on sale to the public in March on Microsoft's Xbox console. The news about Microsoft's interest emerged on the same day that the receiver said he had been unable to sell the business as a going concern and made around 60 staff redundant, leaving just 17 to wind things up. Yesterday's news brings the total of staff who have lost their jobs in the past week to around 140. The receiver said he had been unable to sell the business as a going concern because of legal complexities about transferring intellectual property, licensing agreements and copyrights.
