The news went unreported until the above video surfaced online on Wednesday. Blake was reportedly arrested for driving while under the influence at 3 AM, and his license was subsequently suspended. He is instructed in the video above that if he does not take a blood alcohol content test, his license would be suspended for a year. Court records say Blake must enter a court-ordered rehab program, which likely includes community service hours. Blake and Murphy lost their tag team titles the week after the arrest.
