The Big Wrestling Thread!

What the f***************ck? The amount of times ive seen Cro Cop KO Dos Caras is ridiculous, and i never even knew it was ADR!!! Why did i not know about this? :o

AJ Lee is amazing hahaha

In the Wikipedia version he's credited by his wrestling name, but Sherdog has it correctly as Alberto Rodriguez. Pride never die!

All of his MMA wins are against guys in their MMA debut that never fought again or with terrible losing records.

He always wore a mask when fighting and WWE never mentions his MMA experience, so it's easy to not realise. Glad I was able to create a TIL experience for someone. ;) Frankly, I'm more amazed that he actually started out as a luchador!

JBL used to mention it a lot, back when ADR was relevant.

Plus we've talked about it in this very thread more than once.

As previously reported, WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler suffered another concussion during his match with Ryback prior to the Old School RAW event went live this past Monday night in Baltimore, Maryland.

WWE physician Chris Amann updated the status of Ziggler?s health in a new article published on the official WWE website. ?He does, in fact, have a concussion,? said Amann. ?His [symptoms] are starting to improve a little bit today. He will be seeing a neuropsychologist in Pittsburgh for further evaluation, and then his status will be day-to-day as his symptoms improve.

WWE Network announced.

Tonight the WWE will be unveiling the highly anticipated WWE Network after more than two years of speculation and rumor. They are pulling out all the stops to make tonight a success event, as legends like "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, John Cena, Shawn Michaels and even Vince McMahon himself will be on hand, live from Las Vegas!

Coverage begins at 9:30PM EST on WWE.com, the WWE App, YouTube and a variety of other media tools, but we will have a live stream of the show right here on Wrestlezone.com, and will be providing you with the latest updates throughout the night.

-"Stone Cold" Steve Austin is out to promote the WWE Network. No major announcements, just puts over the product, Vince McMahon, and does his catchphrases.

-WWE's EVP of Digital Content Perkins Miller is out to physically show us the WWE Network, and how to access it. It's very much like Netflix. All content will be available in 720p.  There will be a "watch from the beginning" button in case you are late to a PPV or live event. Replays of Raw and Smackdown will be available. There are over 300 WWE, WCW and ECW pay-per-views in the library.

Called it from day 1. Wwe does not have the financial nor influential clout to run a TV network like they originally suggested. This glorified YouTube channel is exactly what I said would happen.

Ridiculously good price though. I mean wow!

The WWE network sounds like an amazing deal for what you get. Being able to watch ECW would be nice as I missed it the first time around. Will have to see when it gets released here and what the pricing is like.
