This is fair I think... People who have subscribed shouldn't be problem members anyways..

I think this is fair because members who get themselves banned ultimately cost our staff time and hassle for having to sort it out.

Only one subscriber/member has been in this situation and the member was given multiple chances to behave, without success.

Hopefully this will clear up a question I really shouldn't have to answer!
