"British ADSL and dialup provider BTOpenworld, part of the British Telecom goliath, has been left with a case of red cheeks after the ISP's help desk sent the virus to its subscribers. Users received emails from BTOpenworld support infected with Badtrans-B. Another PR disaster for the ISP normally referred to as Openwoe after its major DSL outages of late. has the story.
