Ferrick4
Hello, I have had the same problem for forever. After looking through the numerous email pages, I found this one http://support.mpccorp.com/apps/filelist.asp?ID=18140 As you may know, MPC bought out some of Gateway's business models, but unfortunately their site is not so helpful, so it was quite hard to find the right website. For the audio driver, make sure that, after you extract the file, you install using the 'Have Disk' option in the Windows driver installation wizard Note: You get there after declining to go to Windows update, then 'Install from a list or specified location (Advanced)', then 'Don't search, I will choose what driver to install', then click 'Have Disk' and directed it to the extracted files. Hope that this works out for you! Have a great day.
