Nipun Mohta
Despite her advancing age, The Queen, has kept up with technological advances. She sent her very first e-mail in 1976, launched the Royal website in 1997, created a Christmas podcast in 2006 and now she has uploaded a video on YouTube on her official Royal channel on the request of YouTube co-founder. On October 16, The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh marked their first visit to the GooglePlex in London. To commemorate the visit, the "Google Doodle" had a queen silhouette and a crown gracing the Google Logo. The two were given a demonstration of Google Search, their contribution to UK economy, how Google Earth helps to save the Amazon rainforest and the visit finally concluded by uploading the video on YouTube.
