huldu
I was playing some movies the other day and i noticed they were all black and white! I played .avi's and some .mpeg's all were black and white :( Has anyone got the same problem, or maybe know how i can fix this problem? Im using latest nVIDIA drivers and used different media players, all were black and white so it wasnt their fault. I have installed Nimo Codec Pack aswell, but not sure if this cause problems. Please help me :)

Kontrollverlust
happened to me last night but I rebooted and everything was back to normal
Koto
Never install Nimo or other codec packs. Avoid them like the plague. I know several people who have had to format and do a clean install of Windows just to reverse the permanent effects that Nimo had on their system. For now, just try to uninstall Nimo and try ffdshow. Ffdshow is not a codec pack; it's more of like a decoder that can do any simple-profile MPEG4 codecs (DivX, XviD, MS MPEG4 v1-3, etc) better and more efficient than even their native decoders. jwkuipers
Just installed ffshow and the sound is almost not there. Whats up with that??? I checked everthing, sound levels and they are all ok. If I play and mp3 in WMP the sound is fine, then if I try a divx or xvid movie there sound is almost inaudible.
