I don't consider myself as "one of the old guys", but I just noticed that I have been here almost 5 years. That's still pretty long imo. So maybe I'm just one of the newer oldies. :p

I've been a member for almost 6 years, and a reader for over 7, Does that make me a "old timer"?

Something about Neowin just made me stick around :)

Yes, it does for sure! You and I have been here more or less the same time! I am just short of six years now and also do not have a wild post count! I average about one post per day.

In the early days of Neowin, i remember the News, and then when XP first hit, the news about XP, its is all here, so I signed up. Ok, i havent posted millions of posts, as i havent the time, but, i keep coming and looking at the News each day.

I just recently looked and time flies, i have been a member for 8 years!

I have gone from just learning Computing to High End Computing and have found Neowin always the best news to keep me on top of things in the Industry.

Any others from the "old timers' around?

Edit: fix speeeli9ng mistakes

This is the exact boat Im in as well, I use this site for more info than anything and I try to do my part as well..

I've used Neowin as my own geekpedia and it has served me well. Always something new and interesting to read or discover about software, hardware, etc.

As with others, I have read the forums almost daily since joining :)

I don't know but the average age of the members seem to be younger than in the "old" days.
