I had that same problem with build 7000. And the culprit was actually a wallpaper. Can't remember exactly which one it was, but I think it was a wallpaper by imrik/4imp. However It seems that my personal firewall from Zonealarm seems its not working on it. The system though has detected that Zonealarm is installed and turned off "Windows Defender" Any guidance would be very helpful. Did you have it working properly in a previous build?
