if you want to use the one that comes with windows, you have to use partition manager in computer management. right click my computer, choose manage. then look under storage and click "disk management." right click each drive you want to be part of your raid configuration, and make them dynamic disks, one by one. once they are dynamic disks, you can put partition(s) over any disk that is a dynamic disk. you can specify how much space on each drive too. there are two types of these disks, spanned and striped. spanned disks kinda work like this: when space on the first disk has run out, windows sends new files to the second disk. note that both "disks" are being used as the same drive letter. striped disks work more like raid: data is spread across the disks evenly and at the same time.

technically, this isn't raid, but it does the same job. good luck.
