Perhaps you were thinking of the temporary Internet files. Anyway, here are the respective locations for the IE temp folder. Windows Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ A quicker way to access the files is through Internet Explorer 8.
