"Scripted Diagnostics Native Host has stopped working"

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit RTM

I keep getting this about an hour or two after I boot up. I just click on "Close program" every time. It doesn't seem to do anything, but it is a bit annoying seeing that pop up every time I boot up.

Anyone know how to sort this out? I did a Google search before posting this, and no results at all.

No luck there. I checked for a solution, it didn't bring anything up. It just says it's an "APPCRASH". I know the program file now though: sdiagnhost.exe.

A-ha! Googled the program file, and found a forum post which contained how to disable it! I also found this description about it in the Task Scheduler:

The Windows Scheduled Maintenance Task performs periodic maintenance of the computer system by fixing problems automatically or reporting them through the Action Center.

I'm guessing this is a fairly unimportant task, as I never use the Action Center, so would it be safe to disable it?
