how can i find email sent from my computer, on my computer?

is there some way i can find all the email messages sent from my computer that is saved on my computer???? i have vista home basic year 2007 if that matters?!

Well, if they're saved on your computer, it depends what mail client you're using. Regardless of client differences, though, generally clients store sent mail in the "Sent" folder. So pop open your mail client and click on your "Sent" folder.

if a webmail system was used to send email then there will most likely be no record of it on your computer.

Try doing a search for *.eml

If you used a desktop based program you might be in luck, look for a recovery option?

If you used hotmail or gmail via a web-browser no, its probably not recoverable.
