If a user was looking for something for a specific OS or a specific mod (eg ExplorerFrame, VS, IE, etc) coming to this section now just seems unorganized. Not to mention if someone joins and is new to customizing Windows there's a possibility that they might think they had downloaded a theme for X when it actually was for Y. What do you think?
