I think if Microsoft keep Window's current price plan, don't release 8 for another 4 or so years yet. While if it is going to turn out this way make it cheaper. Because this is just ridiculous. Businesses can't afford to continuously upgrade like this, and home users just won't care, leaving them more exposed to security risks in the future. That's what i was thinking. I did not want to dish out $100 bucks if 8 is so close. Sure 7 gives a few more fps in games and starts up faster but I cant bring my self to spend $100 on it.
