internal error

i am running windows 7

ok i tried installing

malware bytes anti malware (MBAM)

and i get the following

Internal Error :

failed to expand shell folder constant "USERAPPDATA"

any suggestions on how to fix this ...?

any help is appreciated

well i think so too as i am not NEW to computers ..i that that too thats why i tried to install the following.

i use

superantispyware from superantispyware.com

(MBAM)

avg 4 free

how do i install something if it wont let me install anything ?

any suggestions ?

Try downloading MBAM portable

CLear all temp folders and remove tick boxes from msconfig startup, reset IE, etc etc, try a manual clean before mbam again

where would i down this "portable " mbam ?

i have searched all over and cannot seem to find it .
