mazurkfsflip
I'm trying to rip my windows 7 disc so i can load it from usb key rather than the disc. Whats the best method for ripping the disc? I plan on using the Windows 7 USB DVD tool to put the iso on the usb key once i can finally get it ripped. Thanks, and i hope ripping discs isnt against the EULA or TOS. ahmz
I guess you could use ImgBurn.
Dick Montage
I personally would create a self-botting USB key, rather than just a mounted ISO...

He wants to create a .ISO file out of his W7 DVD so he can create a Bootable USB W7 ----- Same question was pondering myself...

mazurkfsflip
thanks boys. just ripped it using imageburn. edit: wtf. the usb dvd tool keeps telling me its not a valid iso. what should i do? oh nvm. the FAQ for that tool says that i could be only be used with iso's purchased from the microsoft store. i guess i'll just do it the long way... mad_onion
What's the long way? You just copy the files from the disk onto the USB and boot from it. Sounds easy to me.
