you don't need that part exactly. if you can find a voltage regulator that will accept your input voltage(lets say youre using 5 volts),and gives you 1.8v with a max of 200-250ma current, then it will work just as good. You can also get away with getting your voltage using diodes, depending on what the circuit is and how good your power supply is.
Toronto suppliers are crap I found. Overpriced as hell, bad selection, low stock. Vancouver is pretty damn good,very cheap and such a big selection. I usually prefer to order online, I buy big batches of voltage regulators,caps,diodes,resistors. when I start running low on a certain component,i just place another order,this way any project I work on, i'm sure to have all I need.
