Lexmark P6350 All-In-One Printer + Windows 7 (32 bit)

Hello, ever since I have upgraded to Windows 7 (32 bit), I have had problems with my Lexmark P6350 All-In-One Printer. Right now, it currently says that I have a driver missing, therefore I am unable to print sometimes and I cannot scan (I really need to scan at the moment). When I used the Windows Troubleshoot, it said that it was unable to install my missing drivers; however it linked me to the following files:

Neither of these work, nor does it say in the description that they are for Windows 7. They both give me the error message "Can't create output file: c:\drivers:\printer\6300\install\config\image\trdrp.avi".

Anyone know any links to drivers that may work, or a working solution? I really do need to scan.
