I'm the kind of person who tends to stick with one racing game until I do everything that I set out to do (I'm still playing through Forza 3), so from that perspective, Gran Turismo 5 will probably be the last racing game that I purchase for a long, long time :). It seems to be the cool thing online to express skepticism towards this game since it's been in development for so long, but I'm seriously excited for it. what Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 This is going to be hte greatest racing game ever Depends what you look for in a racing game I suppose :p When I got Forza 3 I knew it was going to be a sim and all that, and I still play it today. However, I can't play it for hours on end like I can, say, PGR4. There comes a point where the utter realism can spoil the game for me. I love the car porn, don't get me wrong, but unless you have the full racing set up, the gameplay can get tame after a few hours if you're stuck using a controller.
