Hey.

I want to disable Autorun on Win 7. Back on XP I used Gpedit.msc. But I find nothing about Windows 7! Nothing even on Microsoft own site. I found a support page regarding how to disable it but it does not apply to Windows 7.

What do I do?

Thanks

The thing is it's a difference between Autoplay & Autorun.

I thought windows 7 stopped supporting that because it was a security risk.

I have heard it now a few times, that USB Autorun (Autorun.inf) are disabled as default on Windows 7 but I have not seen it from any official source to be 100%!
