for £99 you get 2Gb, you can get 32Gb MicroSDHC card for about £60 so £159 for phone and memory card its still £340 cheaper than 16gb iPhone 4 and £440 cheaper than 32Gb iPhone 4.

Not true, at least here in America, Walmart sell the 3gs for $99 dollars and that is the 16GB iPhone.

Is that used or with a contract though?

From what ive read that $99 is with a 2 year contract, there is no contract with this phone its pay as you go.

With a contract, don't think anyone here in the US will sell a phone without a contract for cheap

Exactly so you cant really compare it with the iPhone as it is heavily subsidised by the contract you are locked into for 2 years. You can only compare the Pay as you go or sim free iPhone which is £250+ more expensive.

Leave it to an iPhone user to not understand pricing and just make a statement about having more internal storage.
