acnpt
It's the link that the official Dropbox App for iPad, (and I'd guess iPhone + Android) creates. So no nasties or malware, just more hassle in uploading screenshots. Any chance it could be allowed? I'm guessing it might just be the .tt which has been blocked? Chasethebase Reporter Posted November 16, 2010 Reporter Share Posted November 16, 2010 It's because you've put the link in Image tags, and as the forum doesn't recognise an image extension in there, it will not let you post it. If you put it within tags it'll be fine.

Code.Red
You could also probably do something like: db.tt/blahblah?.jpg Adding the ?.jpg won't change the link, but will make it appear like a proper image to the forum.
gigapixels Veteran Posted November 18, 2010 Veteran Share Posted November 18, 2010 Testing... EDIT: No, adding ?.jpg will not work. IPB used to allow it, but it seems that it got smarter (or dumber, depending on how you see it) with IPB 3. Your best bet is to actually open the link in a browser, let it follow it, and then get the full URL of the image from there. In this case, it goes to http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4697704/Photo%20Nov%2016,%2018%2056%2026.jpg, which would be perfectly valid for the tags.
