Forum or Forums?

I always use and prefer forums since its multiple forums.

i guess if you only had one topic then forum would sound okay.

Well, I noticed Neowin use /forum

but the navbar says Forums..

a Forum would technically be a place to discuss multiple things. so you can use either or, since you could also argue the forum has multiple forums when talking about internet forums.... confused yet ?

for the actual forum softwar folder, it's /forum since it's one forum, you're not installing multiple forums... unless you have several forums under /forums/ again :)

I see, that's why neowins url is /forum and the links on the site are 'Forums'

I use /forums/ if it's going to be in a directory. I also make sure that /forum/ redirects to /forums/ so it doesn't 404 for people that habitually type it one way (or the other.) I know I've done /forums/ with Neowin so often that it's the first suggestion for 'Ne' in Chrome >:|
