What is WLIDNSP.DLL?

HiJackThis cannot remove it. Spybot Search & Destroy cannot get rid of it. Is it a virus/spyware/malware/trojan?

Thanks. Help.

Wlidnsp.dll with description Microsoft® Windows Live ID Namespace Provider is a process file from company Microsoft Corporation belonging to product Microsoft® Windows Live ID.
In total there are 1 launchpoints for this file .
There are 7 different variations of the file in our database and the file is digitally signed from Microsoft Corporation - Microsoft Time-Stamp Service
We do not recommend removing digitally signed files from Microsoft Corporation
