LOL - 8 years -- this will be gone in 8 months

prime - you care to tell me how to uninstall the intel app ? LOL

well you have the latest already... but wtf with that? I just updated it yesterday, are you telling me that I can't uninstall it anymore? ><

nope - LOL I have tried 3 different ways - gonna see if ccleaner or Revo can do it - damn you intel !

Mine just has Windows 7 64-bit and a FEW programs on (Acrobat Reader, FF, IE, iTunes). The rest are on my regular HDD, along with my Library folders.

They don't just die, its dependent on how much data is written to the drive. Look at the data written in the screenshots.

ROFL!! Well for sure that'd be a waste of money if they did only last that long, especially since they're super expensive.

But going by all the screenshots, everyone's seem to have almost a 10 year lifetime.

But who knows if that's actually accurate. But good point though.
