Velocity Cruze Tablet and Calibre

I have a velocity Cruse Tablet (t103) and use Calibre book managment software on my PC. many have gotten Calibre to work flawlessly with this unit but I cannot seem to get it to sync up. Can anyone give me a run through on how to do this?
