weird iphone problem

so today I tried to go to my mail settings and change some things. to my surprise i was unable to find where the mail settings were. I know that you just click on settings and right under General is the mail stuff but not on my phone.....

I am running a jailbroken version of ios4.1 I have rebooted a few times and can't figure out where these settings have gone... I want to avoid resetting to factory because all my jailbroken stuff will take ages to put back on.

any help is appreciated.
