Kinda like it, just don't like the "firefoxbutton" in the left top corner, is there any way to move next to the back/forward buttons?

A few options for this. Personally, not a fan, so I just went and enabled the menu bar, making it like FF3. Meh just what I'm used to.

There is an addon that lets you move it around a bit too, including by the back/forward buttons.

And yet at end of the day IE9 will have the largest share.

Yes, there is an addon that allows you to move it to another bar or hide it.

FFX 3.0 got 8 million downloads in 24hrs. I don't think their really bothered about breaking the record. Also the 3.0 record was when there was little competition, although there are more internet users now, I just don't think as many people are rushing in.

I've been hearing that FFX 3.6 users haven't been getting update notifications, if every FFX user got a popup when they started it asking if they wanted to update to 4.0 then they probably could beat the record. The only thing is though they don't want a massive burst of downloads and then have it settle down it would cost more.

Bigger barriers to entry for IE9.

Not everyone has windows 7.

Vista users have to have SP1, then SP2, then platform update, then supplement, then IE9 (the average vista user is on SP1) (I have server 2008 R1 and SP2, however the platform update will not install.) (I will be upgrading to R2 in a few months when SSD is purchased)

XP users (huge share of netbook users) won't be able to use IE9.

Thus FF4 has less entry barriers, therefore more downloads.

The system requirements for IE9 are Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista, or Windows Server 2008 (with Service Pack 2), Platform Update, Platform Update Supplement for Windows Vista and for Windows Server 2008 (KB2117917)[7] and IE8); Windows XP is not supported.[8][9][10] Both 32-bit and 64-bit builds are available.
