Flow for Firefox - 1.2

Nice but I think you should add a glow around the titles on the out of focus tabs cos they might blend with the background or what's behind the window, with the glow that will separate the colours, if not a glow, at least something to define them.

Also, why "Dom" on the button? Couldn't it be something like a spanner icon or something to make it even smaller?

I was debating adding a glow around the titles to improve visibility. We'll play around with it and see how it looks.

It has Dom on the button because that's my name. :) The public version will more than likely have an icon on it instead.

look nice, looking forward to it.

Thank you.

That looks awesome!

I'm guessing toolbar buttons can still be added after the URL bar?

Also how is this theme looking on dark backgrounds? Seems like the tabs may have issues.

Yes you can. We have some code that will calculate the distance of the urlbar from the left of the window and change the tabs to line up correctly. The right just has some padding so the tabs don't overlap the caption buttons.

It's at the right side I might have 1/2.

BoneyardBrew and SoapyHamHocks always do the nicest work. (Y)

Thank you! That really means a lot.

Very nice work but like others, I assume this is not meant for darker backgrounds.

Thanks...we're working on adding some glows to the text to improve it's readability on dark backgrounds.

Possibly the most amazing Firefox theme ever? :woot:

One question though, how do app tabs look on it?

Wow, I sure hope so! :)

App Tabs look fantastic.

Mozilla needs to take you on board! I can't wait for this theme! :woot:

Thanks a lot, man! :D

Hmm, the back button is cut off by the app button when running in full screen and the tabs are flush against the top.

It seems to be normal in windowed mode, however.

In full screen the address bar moves up and down when I switch from the Add-on manager to any other page.

Indeed it is. Basically when maximized we need to do that in order to keep everything aligned. If not the back-button will not be bottom aligned with the urlbar.

I'd be willing to sacrifice some screen real estate to move the tabs/address bar down, just to make it not overlap. For now I've switched to small icons.

Otherwise, good job!

It's very cool but I use the bookmarks toolbar and I can't see the labels properly now as you can see below...

Any chance of modifying it so the bookmark labels get the same glow behind them?

I just wanted to say that I absolutely adore this theme. I am wondering though what you think may be the best way I can go back to my homepage? I know I can do ALT+Home, but I was hoping I could do it with a button. Putting one beside the navigation arrows will not match this theme, so I am wondering if anybody knows an addon that will put a homepage icon in the navigation bar, like where stop/reload is now?
