BetaAddict
Many things happened... but I switched to Opera.. But still I will tell you what happened. Thebes Layer related bug fixed which was holding back azure content acceleration, slow path for gdi fallback fixed, Input slowdown one bug regression from FF16 also fixed. Now recently DLBI also landed and Stub Installed not to mention HiDPI support for Mac OS X. HiDPI should land in tomorrow's build, but it still probably won't run smoothly as there still seems to be some plugin scaling issues. Will give it a try when the update get pushed. I have a feeling I will be back to using chrome by the end of the day if plugin support is too messy.

jupe
When did FF release Metro version ? (Mouse scrolling doesn't work. need to middle click and autoscroll) those tabs made me dry reach, i am glad they aren't taking the ability to change them via themes out otherwise IMO they would lose a lot of long time users myself included

ViperAFK
The 16b5 is running MUCH FASTER than any browser I have installed. The difference from the previous version is gaudy! Yeah, I've switched back to firefox on my desktop computer, much more responsive now. Still fairly laggy UI at times on my laptop though.

No, i was using version 12.6 and now i'm updating to v12.8. grayscale
Thanks for the response. Just now, I saw that Thunderbird already has Australis so I decided to check it out. It looks awful on Windows 8 right now so I'm willing to wait :p The Windows 7 UI I tried before looks awesome though.
Kirkburn
Quick reminder, Australis is more than just the tabs, which is what I assume you are referring to. They're making Australis-type changes every few releases.
