Build 1079 is Pre RC1!!!My mate BetaX tells me that this build has just been made available to testers, yep thats no leak I repeat, no leak! It's official so if you are a beta tester get on over to WindowsBetaWeb and sign in using your .NET Passport so you can supply us with it ASAP
No notes have been posted yet (site is not updates yet) so I thought I'd leave you with this until we get more info.

I have installed Windows XP SP1 1079 wich has been released offically to beta testers today. I am sending you a screenshot too. The build is identical to 1078 except these build updates:
IE and OE: 6.0.2800.1079 (1078 had 6.0.2800.1078)
Windows Messenger: 4.7.0039 (1078 had 4.7.0038)
View: WindowsBetaWeb You must be a valid tester and hold .NET passport to access the site.
