Dear PC Satisfaction Trial Participant,
The PC Satisfaction Trial will be coming to an end on Friday, February 6, 2004. At that time we will cease all support for the software. It is imperative that you obtain and install alternative anti-virus and firewall software prior to that date. You will need to do this yourself prior to February 6 as we won’t be providing any protection for your system after that date.
That said, your participation and input has been extremely valuable! We’ve learned a great deal and appreciate the feedback you’ve provided throughout the trial.
You will need to take steps to make sure that your data and your PC are fully protected when the PC Satisfaction Trial ends on Friday, February 6, 2004. Specifically, we recommend that you:
-Restore any files you have archived with the backup utility prior to uninstalling the PC Satisfaction Trial software.
-Obtain and install current anti-virus and firewall software .
