Along with the MOOL announcement, Microsoft's Yusuf Mehdi is due to announce the availability of the MSN Toolbar Suite beta tomorrow. We exclusively revealed the MSN Toolbar Suite almost a month ago. The suite includes Microsoft's MSN Desktop Search engine allowing users to quickly and effectively search their email/documents and hard drives. The Toolbar Suite is currently in internal dogfood testing under the codename "Monarch".

The Toolbar suite will be available here at around 3PM PST tomorrow.

It forces it on install BUT you can disable it if you just disable it in IE addon

The rest of it is rather impressive.
