Seems a bit like Maxthon ripoff, especially IE/Webkit engine switcher. But it is just second alternative browser that uses modern IE engine so I might give it a try. Although I bet none of extra features or plugins are going to work in IE mode, just like in Maxthon.

You mean Maxthon? It's not entirely Chinese as far as I know and the browser itself is multilingual.
The most powerful feature of the Maxthon - is built-in resource snatcher and additional controls for videos on any site just by hovering over the video, including downloading it.

Tried this one out, it seems to mimic Maxthon in many ways, but surprisingly does better when it comes to switching between browser engines, especially without losing additional features that are absent on IE. I mean the whole point of it is having the speed and proper multi-touch functionality of IE with extensions of Chrome, and unlike Maxthon this browser actually nails it. And it really is pretty damn fast.

Actually this browser is based on CoolNovo as far as I can tell. They both have basically the same features, but they slapped on a different interface.
