I agree. I have used MSE ever since it first launched, and stuck to Defender on Win8.1 but since I check this software section regularly I was surprised to read so many great comments about it. So curiosity got the better of me and I installed it. Holy cow! This is probably the only A/V I ever used that does not ridiculously slow down my system on boot (actually, login too).

I kind of dislike that giant "Facebook Login" in the main interface, I'm leaving it alone for now. Everything else is amazing, and I've already started recommending this to all of my customers that ask which A/V to use.

Been using this for 2 weeks now, since I decided to leave Avast and I have to say it's best AV I've ever used.

So unobtrusive, just updates silently in the background without any fuss. Only Avira/Bitdender engine updates bubble appears from taskbar, but doesn't slow down my browsing like Avast did when it updated itself.

Love it!
