Hot on the heels of the DROID RAZR, Motorola has officially revealed the RAZR M, which you may have already heard about due to image and specs leaks last week. The device features a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED Advanced display at 960 x 540 resolution, a Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel shooter on the back, that's capable of 1080p video recording, a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD slot, NFC, and will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. No word from Motorola if this device will be upgradable to Jelly Bean at some point.
Very much like the RAZR HD, the back is coated with kevlar, and the display is made from Gorilla Glass. Motorola is calling this the "full-screen phone" due to the super slim bezels at the side of the display that allow for an immersive experience.
The RAZR M is avaliable for pre-order right now and will hit Verizon Wireless in the US next week for $99
Update: Motorola has confirmed with Pocket-lint that the DROID RAZR M will be coming to the UK sporting an Intel chip. Along with the chip change, the device name will also change, however it will have the same form factor. The device will be launched in the UK on 18 September, at a joint event with Intel.
