Alienware, a maker of high-performance personal computers and workstations, announced that it would give its top-performing ALX system to a computer enthusiasts, whose PC would be the fastest among the benchmarked computers at QuakeCon game contest.

"QuakeCon isn't just about games, it's about our community. Alienware is giving gamers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to show off their technical know-how to their peers and the rest of the world," said Brian Joyce, director of marketing for Alienware.
