Another batch of images for the Note7 hit the web, a day prior to the official announcement

The Samsung Galaxy Note7 is the worst kept secret of the summer. With a day left before Samsung officially unveils its heavily leaked handset, we get another batch of images, which give us a clearer view but fail to show us anything new.

While an image like the one above would normally be exciting, it's one of a few dozen that have appeared online over the past couple months. Although the Note7 pictured looks like a demo or mock unit, it does give us a clearer view of the front and back of the device. The design will borrow heavily from the S7 edge, utilizing a metal bezel and glass back. Upon release, the Note7 will reportedly offer a slightly faster processor, packing Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821, and be one of the first Samsung handsets to offer USB Type C.

Naturally, we will have to wait until tomorrow for the official announcement. But a majority of the specifications and features shouldn't come as a surprise. The more interesting news from tomorrow's event may be what Samsung and wireless carriers will offer for free when purchasing the Note7.
