Another road bump for Condition Zero

After numerous delays, development changes, and leaks, it seems that Counter-Strike: Condition Zero is heading for yet another road bump. The guys over at Planet Half-Life are reporting that Condition Zero is not on the recently released Vivendi 2004 software list.

Planet Half-Life deduces the following: Does this mean CS: CZ is canceled? That the game will be published by somebody else? Or is this just some sort of oversight? We don't know for sure, and neither Valve or Vivendi are talking, so draw your own conclusions.
