I installed this the last time it was posted here and after removal, as I didn't like it as much as CDBurnerXP, Malwarebytes found a fair amount of crap on that computer.

I wish I was 1000% certain that it came from this, and I even asked in that previous posting if anyone had any similar experience, but I got no responses.

I DO NOT remember having installed anything else besides this though.

Get the portable version. I see no extra junk in it.

I had manually scanned the program with my AV before installing and it found nothing, obviously, but after uninstalling, is when the crap was found.

Like I said, I wish I was 1000% positive the stuff came from this program, but can not say that I am. I always have a very clean system, do scans very regularly, and accidentally deleted Malwarebytes log file before I read where the infected files were located!

I do know that I installed this on only 1 computer and didn't get back to that computer for a few days after I had uninstalled it before I scanned and found the issues.

Anyway,
Glad to hear you all think it's a safe program but I'll stick with CDBurnerXP anyway.

Thanks for the feedback. :)

This did come with adware at some point in the past, I remember seeing it but can't say how long ago it was. A review on CNET from 2012 also moans about adware.

Appears to be completely free of it now though and is a clean adware free installer.

Yeah it's clean an light i just use the portable version the only thing i would like to see is a icons on the different functions i know its a minor thing but im just picky
