Honestly since the advent of Windows 7 I've found these programs to be pretty unnecessary. Once you don't go and install every toolbar and clicking every "fix my pc" link online, your system will remain pretty snappy. Windows has reached a point where it maintains itself very well. Hell, I've installed Windows 8.1 Preview on hard drives with upwards of 80 bad sectors which previous Win OS and even Ubuntu distros refuse to boot from. That's resilience right there.

True, and this program looks horrible. I agree with some of the other posters that it looks like one of those rogue malware/ransomware programs that come bundled with free screensavers and junk. Why would anyone install this? I hate these stupid snake oil "make your PC faster" crap programs.
