Bart's PE Builder is an application designed to help you build a bootable Windows XP/2003 CD/DVD for PC troubleshooting and maintenance. Once you've built you disc and boot to it, you have a 800x600 Windows environment complete with network support, FAT/NTFS/CDFS support and an intuitive GUI. The ultimate tool for rescuing files from a crashed system, virus scanning without risking your files, system testing and soforth.
